Smoked Salmon filled candied bacon devilled eggs

(recipe from yours truly) 









Ingredients:

12 eggs

2 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp philedelphia cream cheese

about 3 small pieces of smoked salmon, chopped tiny. or more for taste but be careful as it's very salty.

3 tbsp cour cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

pepper, to taste

tabasco, to taste

6-8 slices bacon

brown sugar


Directions:

heat oven to 350

place bacon on a parchement lined sheet

sprinkle some brown sugar over each slice of bacon and work it in

bake for about 20 minutes until crispy, checking often to make it it doesn't over cook

once cooked, let cool, the crumble it

Boil the eggs in the meantime. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water making sure that the eggs are all covered.

heat on high, uncovered until a rolling boil, then turn off the stovetop, cover, and leave on stove for 12-14 minutes. After timer goes off rince immediately with lots of cold water to stop the cooking.

Peel eggs, cut in halves and remove the yolks.

Add all the ingredients except for bacon and sugar to the yolks and mix well.

put yolks back into egg white halves.

top with crumbled bacon.

Saumon en croûte fromagée

(recette modifie de Cuisine Futee)








4 portions 

 

Ingrédients principaux 

 

  • 45 ml (3 c. à soupe) de yogourt grec nature 
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de moutarde de Dijon 
  • Poivre 
  • 8 biscuits soda  
  • 125 ml (½ tasse) de fromage mozzarella râpé finement (à la Microplane) 
  • 1 filet de 450 g (1 lb) de saumon, sans la peau 

Préparation 

 

  1. Préchauffer le four à 200 °C (400 °F). Placer la grille au centre du four. Tapisser une plaque de cuisson de papier parchemin. 
  2. Dans un petit bol, mélanger le yogourt et la moutarde de Dijon. Poivrer généreusement. 
  3. Dans un autre petit bol, émietter finement les biscuits soda, ajouter le fromage et bien mélanger. 
  4. Déposer le saumon sur la plaque de cuisson et couvrir du mélange de yogourt. Saupoudrer du mélange de biscuits soda et presser légèrement. 
  5. Cuire au four 30 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que le fromage soit doré. 

 

 

Ajout: 

 

je trouvais la recette un peu sec. Je l'ai servis avec des pommes de terre piler. Prochaine foi, je ferai une sauce blanche cremeuse pour allez sur ou sous le saumon. 

 

petite idee de sauce: 

1 contenant de Belsoy 

3-4 gousse d'ail 

sel et poivre 

1 cuillere de beurre 

 

porter tout ses ingredients a ebolution dans un petit chaudron et le tour est jouer.

Cheesy Asparagus Pasta

 

Cheesy Asparagus Pasta

Yields: no more than 4

INGREDIENTS
4 slices bacon,
2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 box of rigatoni
2 1/2 c. low-sodium vegetable broth
2 c. chopped asparagus
1 cup 1/2 c. Belsoy (1 1/2 Belsoys)
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

cook the bacon in a pan. make sure to lay bacon on a plate with scott towel afterwards.
cook the pasta in boiling water until desired texture.

in a large pan, heat some butter. Add the asparagus and the garlic to the pan. Cook for a few minutes to soften the asparagus.

Add about 1 cup - 1 cup 1/2 of broth to the pan and bring to a boil. Cook until most of the broth has dissolved.

Slowly add in the Belsoy bit by bit. Then add the cheddar cheese bit by bit, and 1/2 the parmesan cheese (keep the rest to top off when it's ready).

If it is too think and doesn't make enough sauce, add more broth. The sauce should be very thick and rich.

Add the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the pasta in your plate (don't put into the pan with the sauce, or there will be barely no sauce left as the pasta will soak it all up). Then add the sauce and the rest of the parmesan cheese.
