Salad Dressings

Jalapeno

(recipe from La Cuisine de Jean Philippe) 

¼ cup olive oil

3 tbsp. vegan mayo

2 tbsp. marinated jalapenos, minced

2 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp. marinade from the jalapenos

1 tsp. salt

Pepper, to taste


Maple Balsamic

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 cloves of garlic, minced

150 ml. canola oil

2 tbsp apple juice

2 tbsp rasberry or wine vinegar

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Creamy Onion Dressing (30 DHL approved)

2 tbsp. red onions, cut very small

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp. agave nectar

1 tsp. mustard powder

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 cup olive oil


Vals Vinaigrette Sucree Balsamic erable

1 tbsp moutard Dijon

1 tbsp vinaigre balsamique

1 tbsp jus citron

1 tbsp sirop d’erable

6 tbsp huile d’olive

1 clove ail

sel et poivre

(when I tripled the recipe, I tripled everything except the oil. Put 12 tbsp instead of 18 so cut down on the oil)


Mustard Vinegar Dressing

(recipe from Cassandra Lonion)

2c a soupe moutarde de meaux

1c a soupe de moutarde de dijon

1/4 tasse sirop d'erable

1/4 tasse vinaigre de vin rouge

1/4 tasse huile d'olive

verser l'huile d'olive lentement et fouter le tout ensemble


Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

(similar to Scores)

1/2 cup hellmans mayo

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
